Having trouble finding vaginal yeast infection itch relief? Well if this is your current case then the following tips I have will surely provide some great benefit to alleviate itching, pain, burning, and raw irritation. No one needs to suffer from yeast infections when there are incredibly effective natural cures that can literally wipe them out and provide rapid relief. I'll discuss these at the end of the article.
Here are 3 excellent solutions to provide yeast infection pain relief.
1. Chickweed Ointment - Typically used to reduce itching caused by yeast infections, chickweed is actually very effective in reducing pain for this same reason. As reducing itching will reduce swelling you will inevitably experience a profound improvement in pain reduction as well. Apply 2-3 times per day.
2. Aloe Vera Gel - An excellent treatment used for anything from digestive disturbances to sunburns. Aloe vera gel is a highly effective method of reducing various symptoms caused by yeast infections, including pain. Make sure to use one that is at least 99% pure with no chemicals added which could cause irritation. Apply 2-3 times per day to all affected areas.
3. Slippery Elm Bark Powder - This is a great way to help eliminate not just pain, but itching and burning sensations as well. Typically used for sore throats, this natural treatment works just as well soothing a sore vagina as it does a sore throat. Mix the powder with a small amount of water to create a paste and apply this inside the vagina and all other affected areas.
All of these treatments are exceptional methods of reducing symptoms and providing yeast infection pain relief. However none will eliminate the infection themselves, for that you need a special type of natural solution that will directly destroy the yeast and help you to achieve rapid results.
So what's the best cure for to provide yeast infection pain relief and complete elimination of a Yeast Infection in only a few hours as experienced by thousands of women? Find out at http://www.howtocureyeastinfections.com

QUESTION:
Has anyone else had sores with a yeast infection?
It has been confirmed by my doctor, both by blood test and specimen cultures, that it IS A YEAST INFECTION NOT HERPES! I just took a diflucan, but these sores have been the most painful thing I've ever experienced. What can I do to ease the pain and get rid of the sores quickly? They are bright red and slightly bleed when I use the restroom. Thanks for your help....and to all those women out there who are told sores are only for herpes, people can be wrong. I was freaked out all weekend thinking I had to deal with herpes for the rest of my life, but in fact I have a severe yeast infection.-
ANSWER:
you can use Vagisil to ease the pain of these sores. it has benzocaine in it so it kinds numbs the area for a little while. Use it before you have to pee and after. It can be found at Wal Mart or any other drug store, and it is not expensive.
It's the best for pain relief from a yeast infection!

QUESTION:
Has anyone had a severe yeast infection before?
Like, with a bad rash and lesions/sores? Specifically called "cutaneous candidiasis"?
I've already had one, and it was HORRIBLE. It lasted for about 2 weeks. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced it and how bad theirs was-
ANSWER:
I've had odd thigs happen to my vagina all the time.
Have you shaved recently down there? Sometimes that can be a cause of things.
I've been checked constantly for infections and I've had:
Rashes
Lesions/Sores
Aches
Irritation
Bumps
Even PimplesIt depends on how long you have yours though. If it's been like...three weeks and it hasn't gone away, that is a bad sign. My advice is to wait for a few more weeks and see if it goes away. If it worsesn then obviously see a doctor.
God bless my sweet.

QUESTION:
Herpes or severe Yeast Infection?
My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years; he has HSV 1 and occasionally gets cold sores around his mouth, but does not have genital herpes and I have never experienced either. I had an abortion about 4 weeks ago, and just stopped bleeding a little over a week ago. 5 days ago we had sex for the first time in over 6 weeks, and about 1-2 days afterward I started experiencing extreme pain and burning around the opening of my vagina. At first it felt like it would the day after rough sex, but that was not the case, and it has progressively gotten worse each day. 3 days ago (2 days after sex) I noticed sores/blisters on the right and bottom side of my vagina. They are extremely painful, it hurts to urinate and even sit down at this point. I went to my doctor yesterday who was very short with me and didn't offer me any advice or information. She took a skin biopsy for genital herpes, which I have to wait 7-14 days to get the results of.My question is two fold...before I assume this is an STD and accuse my boyfriend of something awful, I want to make sure I am aware of all the possibilities:
Could this possibly be a severe yeast infection or something else other than an STD? For a couple weeks I had severe itching and swelling in my vagina region, which would come and go, but I was sure it was a yeast infection. I occasionaly used over the counter cream to help with the itching, but never went to the doctor for treatment because I was traveling the whole time. This stopped around 2-3 weeks ago, right after I had my abortion. Could this severe pain, irritation and blistering be caused by an untreated yeast infection or something else?
My second question is, if this is herpes, how, after 3 years of sex with my boyfriend, am I just now having my first outbreak and why did it happen right after we had sex for the first time in almost 2 months? Should I assume he caught the genital version of it somehow and just gave it to me? Or is it possible I got it from him awhile ago through oral sex and am just now getting an outbreak (which seems ironic that it happened right after sex)? I know it can take awhile for an outbreak to appear after contracting the STD, but it seems highly unlikely to me that the latter is the case given the timing and circumstance.
In so many words, I am trying to figure out what is wrong with me and if it is possible that my boyfriend cheated on me and has given me herpes or another STD. I am very dubious that this is the case, which is why I want to get all the facts and info on what this could be and why it happened before I jump to assumptions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

ANSWER:
From your symptoms it is more than likely you contracted HSV2 (genital herpes). Now how you contracted the disease is varied. For example if your boyfriend performed oral sex on you while he had cold sores that is one probably way. HSV 1&2 are different strains because of where they infect however it is the same pathogen causing both. Or it could be that he had herpes in the remission stage but was still actively shedding the virus without any obvious signs. In addition, you can have a yeast infection on top of herpes because they are different diseases but if you have painful sores on you vagina that is not a sign of a severe yeast infection. To be 100% sure, wait for the test results but in the meantime try to abstain from sex, but if you must have it wear a condom, always!!!

QUESTION:
Severe Yeast Infection, or Genital Herpes?
I've been with the same partner for almost two years now, and I am on the pill so we infrequently have unprotected sex.I recently switched to Loestrin 24, and have had some weird side effects...including irregular discharge and such. I noticed around 4 days ago that my discharge was increasing but brushed it off, and then this morning noticed that it was slightly yellow tinged. It also doesn't have a strong odor. I then began to feel uncomfortable and sore, and noticed that I have a few sores near my labia. I looked up what genital herpes look like, and they don't really look like them...more like a regular mouth sore. They are painful to the touch, and burn slightly during urination. I haven't had any other symptoms.
I am planning on visiting a doctor, but I would like to know if anyone has had similar symptoms...just to ease my mind a bit because I am full on freaking out.
Thanks, I'm in college so I'm planning on making an appointment at my university health clinic. My boyfriend says he was tested a few months ago and came back clean and I do trust him, but the sores freaked me out. I just needed some answers, because I've been feeling pretty miserable about it all day.
We also haven't had sex in almost over a month, and I never got symptoms previously.-
ANSWER:
It could be thrush or trick which can feel like having a bad yeast infection, they can also cause bumps down stairs.
You should know herpes out breaks can vary in size and appearance from person to person, finding an out break that looks like yours would be about a one in a million chance. You can have a very mild out break of herpes then never have another break out. You should also know that herpes isn't usually included in the routine std exams so your boy friend may not have been tested for herpes. Also herpes can take any where from 2-30 days or longer after being exposed to start showing symptoms.
Do see a doctor and ask them to test you for herpes and any other stds that the doctor might think it could be to be on the safe side, the only way to know for sure what you're dealing with is if you get tested. If any thing comes up you may want to have a talk with your boy friend.
